SHIPPING POLICY

What happens once my order ships?
Please note that ALL ORDERS will require a final confirmation by the purchaser. A Kirkland's Flooring representative will reach out to you to complete your order and process your final payment. Once payment is received, the shipment will be created. Kirkland's Flooring will update you with a tracking number.
Shipping: 
Kirkland's Flooring ships flooring by the pallet directly to your home with lift gate service. This means the delivery driver will lower the pallet onto your property or driveway, but will not deliver the pallet inside of your home or garage. Someone should be home during the delivery to receive, sign for, and inspect the product. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to move any products beyond the point of delivery.

Measurement and Quantity:

Flooring is sold by the box/bundle. The actual square footage may differ when rounded to the nearest box/bundle size. The purchaser/installer is responsible for all measurement quantities. The purchaser will be charged for the actual footage shipped. Kirkland's Flooring accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors.

Delivery and Lead Times:

All delivery dates are estimates. Kirkland's Flooring cannot guarantee specific deadlines and recommends that the purchaser not schedule installation until the product is received by the purchaser.

Inspection:

It is your responsibility to inspect all flooring products received as to grade, color, finish, defects and other quality issues. If you are not satisfied, DO NOT INSTALL. Installation is acceptance.

Installation:

Allow flooring to acclimate in the installation area for at least 3-7 days. Prior to installation, the purchaser/installer is solely responsible for determining the acceptability of the moisture levels in both the product and the subfloor. Kirkland's Flooring recommends using a licensed, professional wood flooring installer. Kirkland's Flooring is not responsible or liable for damages resulting from errors, misuse or negligence by the installer or purchaser.
