2. How long will installation of my new floors take?

The length and time of your job can vary depending on certain factors. On average, most jobs can be completed within a day or two while new floors for an entire home may take 3 to 4 days. Tile showers can also take 3-4 days.

3. What’s the difference between glue down and CLICK?

In general, the main differences between click and glue-down vinyl flooring are product thickness and installation: glue down versus floating. Once installed, neither of these two features are visible.

Three major factors to consider when deciding from glue down or click is your budget, your sub floors, and installation (diy or professional installation).

Glue down is less expensive, but isn’t recommended for the new DIY-er. Glue down requires smooth subfloors or any imperfections will easily show up. Glue down also doesn’t have the pre-attached underlayment so you’ll lack a little cushion and sound control. However, if all conditions are ideal, and budget is important then glue may be an option for you.

Click is much more forgiving of subfloor as it floats on top and isn’t directly attached to the subfloor. Click comes with underlayment already attached which ads comfort and sound control. Installation is fairly easy for click. Although click more than likely will cost more, it’s diy friendly and more forgiving of imperfections.
